 Recently, we had the honor of welcoming Dean Hewiston, a renowned Australian winemaker, to the Cave des Halles for a wine tasting in Paris. Dean presented his extraordinary wines from the old vines of Barossa and the Adelaide Hills. His philosophy is based on respect for the terroir and the production of exceptional wines, highlighting grape varieties such as Mourvèdre and Shiraz from Australia.

 Barossa is a prestigious wine region, renowned for its rich and powerful wines. Adelaide Hills, on the other hand, offers climatic and geological diversity that allows the production of elegant and refined wines. This tasting was a true sensory exploration, allowing participants to discover the subtleties of Australian wines in a friendly and warm atmosphere.
