VINODELICE primarily engages in the sale of wines, spirits, and food products on the website www.vinodelice.com (hereinafter the "Site").
The online sale of products or services by VINODELICE is strictly reserved for individuals of legal age acting for their personal use and not for anyone engaging in commercial, professional, or resale purposes (hereinafter the "Customer").
It is emphasized that the sale of alcohol to minors is prohibited. When registering and with each alcohol order, the Customer must confirm their legal age.
Order
Placing an order implies the full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale by the Customer, to the exclusion of any other document.
The Customer who wishes to purchase products or services from VINODELICE must do so online from the catalog presented on the Site.
The order can only be recorded on the Site if and only if the Customer has previously registered in accordance with the procedure presented in the "2. Validity of the Order" section of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The information provided by the Customer when entering their registration and order information is binding.
VINODELICE shall not be held responsible for errors made by the Customer in the description of their order.
It is noted that the photographs and graphics presented on the Site are not contractual and do not engage the responsibility of VINODELICE. The Customer is required to refer to the description of each product to understand its essential properties and characteristics.
VINODELICE cannot guarantee the availability of all products presented on the Site and will therefore only fulfill orders received on the Site within the limits of available stock.
Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices of the products available for sale.
Validity of the Order
Any user of the Site who does not have a Customer number must follow a registration procedure to obtain their Customer reference.
This reference is personal. Any loss or forgetfulness must be reported without delay to VINODELICE by filling out the form provided on the Site or by sending an email to alex@vinodelice.com.
The online provision of the credit card number and the final validation of the order shall serve as proof of said order in accordance with the legal provisions in force and shall render the sums committed by the order due and payable.
This validation constitutes a signature and express acceptance of all the operations carried out on the Site.
However, in the event of fraudulent use of their credit card, the Customer is invited, as soon as this use is noticed, to contact VINODELICE by sending an email to alex@vinodelice.com and by calling the following phone number: +33 1 41 03 68 27.
The computerized records, kept in the computer systems of VINODELICE under reasonable security conditions, shall be considered as evidence of the communications, orders, and payments made between the parties.
Prices
Prices are indicated in Euros (€) including all taxes (VAT of 20%), excluding shipping costs. Any change in the applicable VAT rate (or any tax or contribution) will be reflected in the product prices.
VINODELICE reserves the right to modify its selling prices. However, prices cannot be changed once the Customer's order has been placed.
All promotional operations (vouchers, discounts, partner discounts, etc.) are not cumulative. VINODELICE reserves the right to refuse orders that do not meet this criterion.
Payment Methods
Orders can be paid for by:
- Secure payment by credit card on the Site;
- Payment by bank transfer: A transfer can be made through VINODELICE's partner bank. The Customer can request VINODELICE's bank details when placing their order and choosing their payment method.
However, VINODELICE reserves the right to request payment by bank transfer in advance rather than by credit card if VINODELICE deems it necessary for transaction security.
Orders will only be effective upon receipt of the buyer's full and final payment. Until the full payment of the price, VINODELICE will remain the sole owner of all goods.
Any unpaid order within eight days will be canceled without formalities and without the need to inform the Customer.
Upon receipt of the Customer's payment, an invoice will be sent to their billing address.

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale were last updated on September 1, 2025, and may be subject to regular updates.
The latest applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale will be presented on this page.

If necessary, any deviation from these General Terms and Conditions of Sale must imperatively be the subject of prior written acceptance by VINODELICE.
The fact that VINODELICE does not invoke any of the clauses of its General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall in no way be construed as a waiver of the right to invoke them later.
Furthermore, if any clause of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale were to become or be deemed null, illegal, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the other clauses shall remain in force and continue to have full effect, and a clause with the closest effect to the one deemed null, illegal, or unenforceable will be put in place.
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
In the event of an unresolved dispute between the Professional and the Consumer, the consumer has the option to refer the matter to a consumer mediator (Consumer mediation is an extrajudicial settlement of consumer disputes).
Before referring the matter to the consumer mediator, the consumer must have already attempted to resolve the dispute directly with the professional through a written complaint or have filed a complaint in accordance with the terms of the contract concluded with the professional.
If the conditions are met, consumer mediation will take place according to a specific process and in accordance with applicable laws.
To refer the matter to the consumer mediator, the Customer must make the request to: MEDIATION - VIVONS MIEUX ENSEMBLE (www.mediation-vivons-mieux-ensemble.fr) and inform VINODELICE.

Any dispute that may arise between VINODELICE and the Customer regarding the validity, interpretation, or execution of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and their consequences, which could not be resolved amicably or through mediation, shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, even in the event of third-party proceedings or multiple defendants.
