DESCRIPTION
The Waihopai Valley in the Marlborough region is cooler and drier than other parts of the region. Catalina Sounds’ Sound of White vineyard boasts gentle winemaking and hand-picked harvesting. This Pinot Noir is a lovely melody of clove spices, dark plum and brazil nut, with a lift of red berry aromatics. Think of a juicy acidity that would pair wonderfully with game, mushroom, prosciutto or truffled dishes.
