Unusual bedmates make for a pretty stellar wine. Take the mineral, flinty vibes of a Riesling and add them to the lemony flesh of a Semillon, and voilà! The bouquet is filled to the brim with notes of lemon zet, moss, peach kernel and tea rose. On the palate, sea spray, fresh lime and juicy white peaches burst with mouthwatering abundance. The finish is overwhelmingly mineral, combining crushed stone, iodine, alkali and salts. A true coastal white, this is perfect for summer drinking.
