Yarra Yering Underhill Shiraz 2017 is crafted by Yarra Yering, one of the oldest estates in the Yarra Valley, founded in 1969 by Dr. Bailey Carrodus. Shiraz from a historic plot planted in 1973 in the Yarra Valley. Aged in French oak barrels. Cellaring potential of 10+ years.
On the nose, black cherry, red plum, violet, licorice, and a touch of cured meat. On the palate, intense and juicy black fruits, silky tannins, and an elegant finish. Pairs with roasted beef fillet or Mediterranean dishes.
