DESCRIPTION
A wet spring and subsequently dry summer makes this Chardonnay a wine with great fruit density and a cleansing acidic streak. The bouquet seduces from the get-go, with delicious aromas of roasted almonds, smoky flint and lemon and lime meringue. On the palate, white peach notes dance with hints of ginger. A pleasingly dry finish to go with seafood, fish, salad or goat cheese.
REGION
Yarra Valley
Australia
The Yarra Valley is a highly respected Australian wine region covering the eastern half of the Port Phillip wine zone in the small state of Victoria. Far from the usual image of a hot, dry Australia growing Shiraz, the Yarra Valley is best known for its brilliant, complex wines made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

A lively, lemony wine with lovely body. Ideal for seafood.
