How it works:

1. Pour your sparkling wine: open the bottle and pour the desired amount.
2. Reseal with the Sparkling stopper: lift the locking handle, place the stopper on the open bottle, then press the handle down firmly until it is secure.
3. Recharge the bottle with CO₂: position the charger onto the stopper and press down firmly. The pressure indicator will turn from green to red, then back to green once the bottle is recharged.
