DESCRIPTION
The PietraPura range is the result of two common goals: to make the most of the native vines of the Salento region and to create wines that express the best of the terroir. The Mandus is a wine of great structure with a wide range of aromas of ripe cherries, panache and pleasant notes of cocoa and vanilla. It goes perfectly with meat sauces, game and dry cheeses.
REGION
Puglia
Italy
Some of the best value in Italian wine comes from this sunny, dry region, the third largest wine producer in Italy. Most wines from Puglia are red, full bodied and pair well with a wide variety of foods. Puglia producers have focused on making great full bodied reds, and local grapes such as Negroamaro, Primitivo and Bombino Nero are delicious to drink.
