Located in Saint-Baldoph, the Richel Family cultivates its vines on the mountainous terroirs near Apremont. This Crémant de Savoie is the sparkling expression of the family's know-how, honoring Jacquère, the region's emblematic grape variety, which lends itself wonderfully to secondary fermentation thanks to its natural freshness.
Crafted according to the traditional method (second fermentation in the bottle), this Crémant benefits from aging on laths, which refines its bubbles and develops its aromatic complexity. The estate prioritizes finesse and elegance, seeking to produce a light and ethereal sparkling wine rather than a vinous one.
