The 2021 ‘Woodcutter’s’ Shiraz bursts with ripe blackberry, plum, and dark cherry, wrapped in notes of black pepper, vanilla, and sweet spice. Generous and silky on the palate, with just enough structure to keep it focused.

A deep, intense Shiraz with plenty of character. I picked up notes of ripe blackberry, black pepper, and some mocha on the finish. The oak is present but not overpowering. I had it with a grilled ribeye and the pairing was phenomenal. One of the best reds I’ve had this year.
