France
Provence, in the far southeast of
France, is an iconic wine region bathed in Mediterranean sun. Its warm, dry, bright climate, combined with a wide diversity of soils (schist, limestone, clay), makes it an ideal terroir for expressive, balanced wines.
The undisputed star of the region, rosé reigns supreme: fresh, fruity and delicate, it embodies the Provençal art of living. The Côtes de Provence appellation, the largest and best known in the region, covers a vast area that
stretches from the foothills of the Alps to the Var coast. It stands for elegant rosés with notes of citrus, white flowers and red fruit, loved for their freshness and finesse.
Provence also produces fleshy reds and subtle whites, still little known but well worth the attention of curious wine lovers.
This vintage delivers juicy dark fruit, earthy spice, and gentle oak notes. The blend shows freshness and finesse, with enough grip to stand up to hearty fare. A soulful, structured red that’s both easy to enjoy and quietly complex.
Cuvée 1884’ Rouge 2020 is a beautifully crafted red with aromas of ripe blackberries, dried herbs, and a touch of garrigue. Smooth and medium-bodied, with silky tannins and a warming, peppery finish—it captures the heart of southern France in a glass.
Loved this one. It's smooth and fruity, but there's a spicy edge on the finish that keeps it interesting. Hints of ripe plum and some earthy undertones. Had it with a mushroom risotto—spot on. Great value for money too, considering the depth.

Very good structure, with well-present but silky tannins. Pairs perfectly with game.
