Flagship of Parker estate, First Growth 2019 embodies Coonawarra excellence. Produced only in exceptional vintages, this Cabernet Sauvignon reveals all the nobility of "terra rossa" on limestone, mythical terroir of South Australia.
On the nose, it seduces with aromas of blackcurrant and dark chocolate, accompanied by cigar box nuances, black fruits and garrigue notes. The palate unveils remarkable depth and complexity, signature of great aging wines.
Aged 18 months in French barrels (80% new), it expresses power and refinement. A wine of character to serve with filet mignon with wild mushrooms or coq au vin. Its exceptional aging potential of 20 years promises fascinating evolution.
