DESCRIPTION
Escarpment fashions Pinot Noir wines from the Martinborough district in New Zealand. Part of thier ethos is to explore boundaries and create wines of interest and complexity. This is a well-made and elegant Pinot Noir with perfect fruit ripeness and a gentle tannin palate. It would accompany a cheese and charcuterie board very well.

I loved this Martinborough Pinot for its balance between power and elegance. Aromas of black fruits and spices, with a subtle earthy note. The palate is precise with lovely acidity. Perfect with duck breast.
