L'histoire du Domaine Sainte Marie remonte au XVIIIème siècle. Plusieurs generations de vignerons se sont succédés pour mettre en valeur un terroir d'exception. Ce rosé est béni d’une robe clair aux éclats légèrement dorés et d’un nez qui respire le fruit et la fraîcheur du sous-bois. En bouche, l’effet est propre et équilibré, avec une fin saline qui arrive à point nommé. Les notes d’agrumes et de fleurs blanches accompagnent parfaitement un thon mi-cuit ou des salades de printemps et d’été. L’heure de l’apéro arrive.
