After fermenting the passito white wine, the skins are recovered and re-fermented with Malbec, resulting in a unique wine from the garden vineyard of the casona, nestled at 1,500 meters in the pre-Andean mountains of Villa Corral. Aged in concrete eggs without epoxy and crafted with indigenous yeasts, this wine reveals a brilliant red color and aromas of remarkable freshness and elegance. This Ripasso Malbec, created under 300 days of sun, stands out due to its unique fermentation technique and the exceptional terroir, enriched by the region’s pioneering legacy.
