DESCRIPTION
House of Arras A by Arras Premium Cuvée is a Non-Vintage Brut sourced from the cool-climate vineyards of Pipers River (Tasmania). A blend of 49% Pinot Noir, 42% Chardonnay, and 9% Pinot Meunier. Fermented in stainless steel tanks then aged in barrel, secondary fermentation in bottle, and long aging on lees. It features 12.5% alcohol, pH 3.07, and 6.6 g/L of total acidity. Residual sugar 10.6 g/L.
On the nose, brioche, undergrowth, and a luscious touch of nougat. On the palate, ample and creamy, perfectly balanced between richness and freshness, with a long and harmonious finish. Ideal pairing with shellfish and crustaceans or a hake ceviche.

Meanwhile, the plains and the south of the island cultivate excellent Chardonnays, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Noir.
