Jane Eyre Shoreham Park Pinot Noir 2023 is sourced from a unique single vineyard in Shoreham, Mornington Peninsula. 20-year-old vines of the MV6 clone, vinified with 20% whole bunches. It features 13% alcohol.
On the nose, expressive and delicate, with aromas of raspberry, red fruits, orange zest, undergrowth, and fine spices. On the palate, fresh, fine, and savory, driven by red fruits and silky, slightly gripping tannins on the finish, with a beautiful acidity. Pairs with homemade gnocchi with hazelnuts and ricotta or a fine mushroom tart.
