Kanonkop Kadette Cape Blend 2021 is a blend of Pinotage, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot born in Stellenbosch. Aged for 12 months in second and third-use French oak casks, it combines finesse and aging potential. The wine presents enchanting aromas of raspberries, black cherries, and plums, enriched by spicy notes. On the palate, its supple tannins harmonize with a beautiful freshness leading to a lingering finish, perfect with a beef burger or a pizza.
