Marisco The Ned Pinot Noir 2023 comes from the Southern Valleys of Marlborough, renowned for their exceptional Pinot Noir terroir. Benefiting from a long, cool, and steady season, the grapes, entirely destemmed but left as whole berries for fermentation, develop an intense and precise profile. Aging for 9 months in barrel and stainless steel tanks preserves the purity of the fruit.
The nose presents expressive aromas of wild berries and blackcurrant, with subtle nuances of clove and cinnamon. The palate offers an ample attack, supple and integrated tannins, well-resolved acidity, and a juicy, persistent finish. Pairing with braised beef croquettes or sautéed vegetables and halloumi.
