This is an elegant and refined white burgundy wine, full of delicate floral and citrus-blossom aromas and a crisp mineral finish. Pernand-Vergelesses is a small village nestled below the famous limestone Corton hill, known for the prestigious appellation of Corton-Charlemagne. Pernand-Vergelesses balances perfectly the fruit to mineral ratio, which bestows on this wine both freshness and structure. An excellent value for money, this wine is the perfect match for seafood, crudités or any cheese or charcuterie combo for an apéritif amongst friends.
