Anthony Fikkers only makes two wines under the In Dreams label: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Two of the best known varietals coming out of Yarra Valley. Juicy and crisp, this 2022 vintage is full of flavours of green apple, lime sorbet, honeysuckle and nectarine. The palate reveals notes of zesty lemon and key lime pie - a real citrus delight. The wine is framed by beautifully restrained oak and ends on a saline and acidic note. Pair this baby with seafood or goat cheese.
