DESCRIPTION
The 2021 vintage ticks all of our Chardonnay boxes - flinty, citrusy, floral, briny and pure. The bouquet is filled to the brim with aromas of white peach, wet flint, roasted almonds and fennel. The palate is blown away by sweet acidic sensations thanks to the mix of lemon curd, ripe lime and nutmeg. This wine is complex without being too acidic or fruity. Drink this with a seafood platter, salmon or goat cheese.
