Coming from the Domaine Château d'Estoublon, an estate nestled in the heart of Provence, leaning against the southern slope of the limestone-rich Alpilles, this single variety organic white wine is a 100% Grenache. Aged for 7 months in barrels, concrete vats and ovoid natural concrete vats, on the nose it reveals aromas of orange jam and dried apricots, while maintaining a supple and round structure evoking brioche notes on the palate. Enjoy with roasted poultry or a cheese platter with friends.
