The estate’s flagship cuvée, the Chablis "Domaine Le Verger" is crafted from vines averaging 25 years of age, rooted in the famous Kimmeridgian limestone. This unique terroir, rich in marine fossils, imparts the wine with its structure and mineral identity. The 2023 vintage is a great success, accumulating Gold medals at prestigious competitions (Terre de Vins, Féminalise, Burgondia).
Winemaking takes place in temperature-controlled tanks to preserve aromatic freshness, followed by aging in tanks on fine lees. This process achieves a perfect balance between the mellowness of ripe fruit and the structural liveliness of Chablis. It is a wine of character that expresses the pedigree of its appellation.
On the nose, it is rich and ripe, first revealing notes of white flowers before evolving toward aromas of suave fruits. On the palate, power prevails with a beautiful mineral imprint that supports the fruit. The finish is persistent, combining roundness and tension. An ideal companion for oysters, a grilled andouillette, or sushi.

France
Burgundy, located in eastern France, is one of the world's most emblematic wine-growing regions, renowned for its elegant, fine and complex wines. Its semi-continental climate, marked by contrasting seasons, and its mineral-rich clay-limestone soils provide an exceptional terroir for its two king grape varieties: Pinot Noir for reds, and Chardonnay for whites. Alongside them, more discreet varieties such as Gamay and Aligoté complete the vineyard's diversity.
The vineyard stretches from the Chablisien in the north, known for its taut, mineral whites, to the Mâconnais in the south, offering accessible, gourmet cuvées. In between, the Côte de Nuits is the realm of great reds, while the Côte de Beaune excels in both reds and whites. The Côtes Chalonnaises complete the picture with wines offering excellent value for money.
Anne Sarine - Local Nose
A benchmark Chablis! It has that beautiful typical minerality but with a fruity and round side that makes it very pleasant.
