Burn Cottage Moonlight Race 2022 is a Pinot Noir blend sourced from three distinct Central Otago vineyards: Burn Cottage in Lowburn, and Sauvage and Sappa in Bannockburn. Biodynamically grown, this vibrant and concentrated wine is aged in French oak barrels (21% new), ready to be enjoyed today with an aging potential of up to 7 years.
The nose reveals aromas of ripe red cherry, rose, and subtle spices. The palate is crisp with a silky texture, offering beautiful freshness and fine tannins. The finish is elegant, long, and perfectly balanced. Pairing with duck breast with red fruits or grilled salmon.
