DESCRIPTION
Chambers Rosewood Old Vine Muscat (375ml) is a fortified wine from Rutherglen crafted by Chambers Rosewood. Made from Muscat à Petits Grains harvested at very high maturity, partially fermented, and then fortified with neutral grape spirit. Aged in a solera of old barrels. It features 19% ABV and 269 g/L residual sugar. Aging potential of 15-20 years.
On the nose, orange peel, raisin, rose petal, candied fruits, woody spices. On the palate, rich and concentrated, dried fruits, candied orange, with a fresh finish. Ideal pairing with vanilla orange crème brûlée, pan-seared foie gras.
