DESCRIPTION
This extra-dry (4g. sugar/l) champagne is a well-balanced blend of 20% pinot noir and 80% pinot meunier which brings out the freshness of the former and the fruit of the latter to enhance a wide array of “moments”, as an aperitif or with white meats. A touch of white blossoms freshens notes of brioche and dried fruit. A well balanced lingering taste rewards this.
