For over a century, the Rosso family has crafted exceptional Barolos in Serralunga d’Alba, in the heart of Piedmont. This 2019 vintage is a fine example of their style: refined, deep, and rooted in the terroir.
Aged for 18 to 36 months in large French oak casks, this Barolo reveals an intense nose with floral notes, cherry liqueur, star anise, and ripe raspberry. The palate is focused and elegant, supported by firm tannins and a long, spicy finish.
A wine of character and subtlety, it pairs beautifully with roasted meats, truffle pasta, porcini risotto, or even grilled fish with bold sauces.
