The "Magma" cuvée represents the most powerful and structured side of Micro Winerie, referring to the intensity of the terroir (Clos de la Molénie) and the concentrated material. This wine is designed as a wine for aging, respecting the structure of great Bordeaux wines while adopting the estate's minimalist and organic approach.
This blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot comes from manual harvests and organic farming. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels (proportions of new wood not specified, but the aim is to integrate the tannins) which brings vanilla and toasted notes. The wine is then bottled unfiltered, for a raw and concentrated expression.
Magma 2022 is a deep, full-bodied red wine. It offers complex notes of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), tobacco, and leather. The palate is powerful and structured by the Cabernet Sauvignon, with tannins that are already well-integrated but promise excellent evolution over several years. It is the ideal wine for winter gastronomy, pairing perfectly with grilled beef or game.

France
Burgundy, located in eastern France, is one of the world's most emblematic wine-growing regions, renowned for its elegant, fine and complex wines. Its semi-continental climate, marked by contrasting seasons, and its mineral-rich clay-limestone soils provide an exceptional terroir for its two king grape varieties: Pinot Noir for reds, and Chardonnay for whites. Alongside them, more discreet varieties such as Gamay and Aligoté complete the vineyard's diversity.
The vineyard stretches from the Chablisien in the north, known for its taut, mineral whites, to the Mâconnais in the south, offering accessible, gourmet cuvées. In between, the Côte de Nuits is the realm of great reds, while the Côte de Beaune excels in both reds and whites. The Côtes Chalonnaises complete the picture with wines offering excellent value for money.

Nicolas - Local Nose
A very serious wine with a lot of structure, like a great classic Bordeaux but with a modern approach. The tannins are present but elegant. Perfect with a nice rib of beef!
