DESCRIPTION

This wine is made from carefully selected and ripe grapes, vinified with the latest controlled fermentation techniques and undergoing a period of about 2 years in oak before being released. Deep red in color with purple highlights, this slightly spicy wine has notes of black fruits. It is medium bodied, with well balanced tannins and a long finish. It pairs well with many different dishes, from charcuterie and pizza to pasta and roasted meats.

Chianti, Chianti Classico, Brunello di Montalcino, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and Super Tuscan are Tuscany’s best known wines, while Trebbiano is the leading white variety of the region.

Un rouge généreux et bien charpenté, parfait pour un dîner entre amis. Le Rocca Delle Macie Riserva 2021 offre du fruit, du fond, et une vraie touche italienne. Et pour une Riserva à ce tarif, c’est un très bon plan.

Un parfum de Toscane dans le verre. Fruits rouges confits, cuir, épices douces… En bouche, c’est velouté, structuré, long. Le genre de vin qui impose le silence à table, pour mieux l’apprécier. Et à ce prix-là, c’est presque indécent.
