Ten Minutes by Tractor 10X Chardonnay 2022 is crafted by Ten Minutes by Tractor, an estate founded in 1997 on the Mornington Peninsula. Chardonnay hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed, aged for 10 months in French oak barrels. Cellaring potential of 10+ years. It features 12.5% alcohol, pH 3.24, and 6.3 g/L of total acidity.
On the nose, stone fruits and subtle notes of candied lemon. On the palate, supple, driven by an underlying acidity and a subtle minerality. Pairs with shellfish and crustaceans or hake ceviche.
