Ten Minutes by Tractor Coolart Road Pinot Noir 2021 is sourced from the Coolart Road vineyard, the largest in the Ten Minutes by Tractor portfolio, located in the lower part of the Mornington Peninsula (eastern side, near Hastings). This vineyard is renowned for its power and purity of fruit. The 2021 vintage, marked by La Niña, produced fruit of great concentration and beautiful natural acidity. A small proportion of whole bunches is incorporated during vinification.
On the nose, abundant spices and raspberry coulis, evolving towards more floral notes of blackcurrant and umami, with oaky and savory hints. On the palate, riper, more generous, and focused on raspberries and plums, both rich and fleshy, with a brooding dark fruit dimension. Firmly tight tannins with a wild and plush touch. Excellent intensity, power, and purity of fruit. Ideal pairing with grilled prime ribs or a leg of lamb.
