Ten Minutes by Tractor Up the Hill Pinot Noir 2021 is crafted by Ten Minutes by Tractor, an estate founded in 1997 on the Mornington Peninsula. Pinot Noir from the Main Ridge vineyards, the highest part of the estate, 2021 vintage under the La Niña influence. Cellaring potential of 10+ years. It features 12.5% alcohol, pH 3.52, and 6 g/L of total acidity.
On the nose, strawberry, red fruits, rose petal and violet, with sweet spices of cinnamon and cardamom. On the palate, supple, balanced, and perfumed, with delicate red fruit, beautiful freshness, fine tannins, and an elegant, slightly spicy finish. Pairs with rabbit stew or duck breast with cherries.
