Yering Station Pinot Noir 2024 is the proud expression of the house style, produced from carefully managed vineyards to reflect the iconic characters of the Yarra Valley. Fruit sourced from the best blocks (Y07 and Y13), vinified in open vats with gentle plunging and pumping. Aged in French oak puncheons (around 16% new) for 10 months.

On the nose, red and black cherries with a highly appetizing cherry pit bitterness forming the core of the wine. On the palate, a fine and delicate structure of tight tannins and fresh acidity. The finish is long, carried by fruit, texture, and a beautiful complexity. Pairs with duck, game, or roasted meats.
