DESCRIPTION

This cuvé is made with the oldest vines of the estate, planted with the 13 grape varieties of Chateauneuf du Pape. This wine has a powerful and extremely complex nose with fine notes of spices, fruit, black olive and garrigue. The palate is concentrated, the tannins have a patina and the exceptional length in the mouth is full of spices and black fruits. It will accompany meat dishes served on special occasions.

Complexe et expressif, il offre des arômes de fruits noirs mûrs (cassis, mûre), de prune, accompagnés de notes épicées (poivre noir, réglisse), de garrigue et de sous-bois. Des touches de cacao et de vanille peuvent être présentes, témoignant de l'élevage en fût.
