DESCRIPTION

Innocent Bystander is a historic Yarra Valley vineyard that attracts thousands of wine-loving visitors every year. Bouquet-wise, aromas of marzipan, poached apple and white blossom entice the senses. Un joli blanc, net et propre, qui plaira à un large public. Pas trop boisé, pas trop riche, mais avec assez de caractère pour se démarquer. Un bon choix pour l’apéro ou des plats délicats.

Ce 2021 propose un style tendu et fruité, avec juste ce qu’il faut de rondeur. Le bois est très bien dosé, apportant une complexité fine sans dominer. Un Chardonnay très bien fait, dans un style australien élégant.
