DESCRIPTION

A wet spring and subsequently dry summer makes this Chardonnay a wine with great fruit density and a cleansing acidic streak. The bouquet seduces from the get-go, with delicious aromas of roasted almonds, smoky flint and lemon and lime meringue. On the palate, white peach notes dance with hints of ginger. A pleasingly dry finish to go with seafood, fish, salad or goat cheese.

Nez délicat de citron confit, amande fraîche et craie. En bouche, c’est tendu, avec du volume et une finale légèrement saline. Un vin blanc raffiné, très expressif, parfait pour l’apéritif ou les plats fins.
