DESCRIPTION

This Pinot Gris is a natural wine made with the lightest possible footprint. This 'shiny, happy wine' has a deliciously crisp nose of nashi pears and green apple. Seductively supple, the mineral background and bright acidity make for a phenomal wine. Simply a must-try. Also, perfect for a cheeky apéritif of tapas amongst friends.

REGION

South Eastern Australia

Australia

South Eastern Australia covers a vast area spanning Tasmania, Victoria and South Australia, with a wide variety of climates, soil types and grapes. This "super zone" is home to both red and white grapes, including Chardonnay, Sémillon, Merlot and Shiraz. The wines made here are often blends of several grapes, to improve their quality and profile. That is the South Eastern spirit!
