Newly promoted to Premier Cru status, this Pouilly-Fuissé Le Clos Reyssier by Georges Duboeuf embodies the elegance and precision of the great Chardonnays from southern Burgundy.
From a high-altitude terroir with limestone soils, this wine reveals a pale gold color with green reflections, brilliant and delicate. The nose is expressive and refined, marked by beautiful chalky minerality, notes of brioche, biscuit, and fresh almond. The attack on the palate is lively and invigorating, followed by a silky, sapid, and saline body, revealing all the finesse of the terroir.
A wine that is simultaneously refined, long, and complex, which will gain even more depth with time. It pairs wonderfully with seafood risotto, oysters, pike quenelles, or aged Comté cheese.

La Bourgogne, située à l’est de la France, est l’une des régions viticoles les plus emblématiques au monde, réputée pour ses vins élégants, fins et complexes. Son climat semi-continental, marqué par des saisons bien contrastées, et ses sols argilo-calcaires riches en minéraux, offrent un terroir d’exception à ses deux cépages rois : le Pinot Noir pour les rouges, et le Chardonnay pour les blancs. À leurs côtés, des variétés plus discrètes comme le Gamay ou l’Aligoté viennent compléter la diversité du vignoble.
Le vignoble s’étend du Chablisien, au nord, connu pour ses blancs tendus et minéraux, jusqu’au Mâconnais, plus au sud, qui propose des cuvées accessibles et gourmandes.
