Winemaking and aging Rigorous sorting, 30-day maceration, and 12-month aging in French oak demi-muids. This traditional winemaking produces a powerful yet refined wine.
Tasting notes Bright ruby-red robe. Delicate nose of black fruits and spices. Charming and intense palate with remarkable balance.
Food pairing and serving Serve at 16-17°C. Decanting recommended if young (less than 5 years). Ideal with prime beef cuts, game, or pastilla.
