History
Château Les Pins, owned by Dom Brial, has for several decades produced cuvées recognized as benchmarks of the appellation. The estate cultivates its plots on high clay-limestone terraces with rolled pebbles, an ideal terroir for giving the wine its finesse and depth.
Vinification
Made from Muscat à petits grains and Muscat of Alexandria, this vintage benefited from a partial fortification on the skins, preserving aromatic intensity. Aging in an oxidative environment reveals a complex and refined palette.
Tasting
Its ochre and luminous color announces a wine of character. The nose blends bitter orange, dried fruits, and a subtle touch of fine herbs. The palate, sweet and balanced, unfolds elegant aromas of walnut and verbena.

À leurs côtés, le Muscat de Rivesaltes qui dispose de son AOC propre depuis 1956, propose une autre facette tout en fraîcheur et en parfums de raisin, d’agrumes et de fleurs blanches.
