History
In the heart of Roussillon, Château Les Pins – Dom Brial highlights the unique expression of Muscat de Rivesaltes through great vintages produced in limited quantities. The 1998 vintage, awarded a Gold Medal at the 2015 Muscat du Monde competition, is part of the lineage of exceptional cuvées preserved by the Baixas winery.
Vinification
Crafted from a blend of Muscat à petits grains and Muscat of Alexandria, this naturally sweet wine is obtained through fortification (mutage). After controlled fermentation, the wine underwent patient oxidative aging, which enriched its complexity and aromatic depth while bestowing its brilliant color.
Tasting
Its bright golden-yellow color immediately catches the eye. The nose opens with intense and refined aromas of ripe orange and candied fig. On the palate, the texture is full and generous, supported by a beautiful freshness that balances the aromatic richness.

France
Bruno Cazes - Local Nose
An incredible intensity: a flamboyant Muscat where fig and ripe orange intertwine in an aromatic explosion.
