This wine comes from old vines aged between 60 and 140 years, carefully tended by some of the region’s best growers. Every step in its making reflects a deep respect for tradition: hand harvesting, pressing in an old wooden basket press, open-top fermentation, and two years of aging in a mix of French and American oak barrels.
