DESCRIPTION
Crafted from the Trigny terroir, on southeast-facing sandy and clay-limestone soils, this organic Champagne highlights the purity of Chardonnay (90%), complemented by 10% Pinot Noir, which adds structure and depth.
Aged 36 months in the cellar with a low dosage of 4 g/L, the cuvée offers a refined bouquet of citrus and white flowers. On the palate, the mineral freshness and vibrant tension of the Chardonnay are perfectly balanced by the silky texture from lees aging, culminating in a long, crystalline finish.
A sophisticated Extra Brut Champagne, ideal as an aperitif or paired with delicate dishes such as veal escalope al limone or a contemporary blanquette de veau.

REGION
Champagne
France

Champagne is not only the wine of grand celebrations, it is also a unique region in the world, located in the northeast of France. With its limestone hillsides and a cooler climate than any other French wine region, it gives rise to wines of unmatched finesse.
The three emblematic grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay) flourish here despite the harsh climate, thanks to chalky soils that retain both warmth and minerality. Artfully blended, they create the most famous of sparkling wines: Champagne AOC, a symbol of elegance and craftsmanship.
