DESCRIPTION

Barrel fermentation, followed by maturation on fine lees, gives this wine texture and smoothness, as well as a slight flinty complexity. On the nose, notes of honeydew melon, fresh-cut grass and lime zest are balanced by tropical aromas of lychee and guava. The palate is bursting with medlar and passion fruit, while the fresh, natural acidity of the vintage allows for a bright, mineral finish. This Sauvignon/Semillon blend is perfect for a grapefruit and prawn salad, a seafood platter, or spicy Indian and Thaï dishes.

Équilibré et expressif

Nez explosif de citron vert, fruit de la passion et pomme verte. La bouche est vive, mais bien équilibrée, avec une pointe saline en finale. Un vin blanc élégant et dynamique, idéal à l’apéritif ou avec des fruits de mer.

Un superbe duo Sémillon–Sauvignon : agrumes, herbes fraîches, fleurs blanches. En bouche, c’est vif, précis, avec une texture légèrement soyeuse grâce au Sémillon. Finale citronnée et rafraîchissante. Un blanc très réussi, parfait pour l’été.
