DESCRIPTION
This cuvé is made with the oldest vines of the estate, planted with the 13 grape varieties of Chateauneuf du Pape. This wine has a powerful and extremely complex nose with fine notes of spices, fruit, black olive and garrigue. The palate is concentrated, the tannins have a patina and the exceptional length in the mouth is full of spices and black fruits. It will accompany meat dishes served on special occasions.
