L.A.S. Vino 'Pirate Blend' 2022
DESCRIPTION
Representing Luck, Art and Science, L.A.S Vino is part of the new wave of winemaking. Different and disruptive, they focus on high-quality, non-interventionist techniques. A combination of three different Portuguese grape varieties, this is a rare blend from one of only two vineyards within the appellation. On the nose, spicy cinnamon, blueberry, dark chocolate and plum notes; on the palate, cocoa and sweet red fruits with smooth, silky tannins.

Margaret River is one of the best-known wine regions in Australia, recognized internationally for the quality of its wines and the natural beauty of the region. Although originally renowned for its unusually refined Cabernet Sauvignon and intensely citrusy Chardonnay varieties, the region now also produces Semillon-Sauvignon Blanc blends and Shiraz. It is famous for having a more 'European' wine style than its counterparts across Australia, owing to the region's temperate, coastal location which is very similar to that of Bordeaux.
