DESCRIPTION
Ten Minutes by Tractor began in 1997 with three family-owned vineyards on the Mornington Peninsula, which were all ten minutes apart (by tractor!). They strive to share their love of wine and food with others through their delicious bottles and on-site restaurant. This cool-climate Pinot Noir is complex and elegant, with lifted aromas of tobacco, candied ginger and sour cherry on the nose. Delicate tannins and a fine acidity on the palate support the intriguing savoury notes of baked earth, pencil shavings and leather - a must-try. Perfect fit for a mouth-watering steak or duck!
REGION
Yarra Valley
Australia
The Yarra Valley is a well-respected Australian wine region that occupies the eastern half of the Port Phillip viticultural zone, in the diminutive state of Victoria. At complete odds with the usual, hot and dry Shiraz-growing image of Australia, Yarra Valley is best known for its bright, complex wines made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
