Winemaking Fernlands is produced in a “New Generation” Winery in the heart of Marlborough. This winery uses temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks and carefully select yeast strains chosen for their ability to capture the true essence of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. This wine pairs well with a fresh salad or seafood.

Marlborough is by far New Zealand’s most important wine region. Located at the northeastern tip of the South Island, this dry, sunny region is home to over 500 wineries and produces nearly 75% of New Zealand’s wine. Warm days, cool nights, and well-drained alluvial soils create ideal conditions for aromatic wines with crisp acidity.
