REGION

Nouvelle Aquitaine

France

New Aquitaine is a vast region, stretching from Poitiers in the north to Pau in the south of France. It includes Bordeaux, Cognac and Agen, terroirs full of history and know-how. Cognac, Pineau des Charentes and Armagnac have been produced in the southwest for centuries. The first two appellations extend over Charente and Charente-Maritime (with a few incursions into Dordogne and Deux-Sèvres).
Armagnac, a staple of the region since the Middle Ages, is produced in the administrative departments of Gers, Landes, and Lot-et-Garonne. The appellations of Bas-Armagnac, Haut-Armagnac and Ténarèze thrive on the alluvial fan of Lannemezan, where clays, sands and pebbles have sedimented from the erosion of the Pyrenees.

Riche et raffiné

Ce Bas-Armagnac dévoile un nez riche et raffiné avec des arômes de fruits secs comme l'abricot et le raisin, sublimés par des touches épicées, boisées et une délicate pointe de caramel et de vanille.
